The Summit at Quadra Village

Institutional

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Summit at Quadra Village is a 320-unit complex residential and dementia care facility where residents receive 24-hour care and support. The Summit replaced the aging Oak Bay Lodge (243 residents) and Mt. Tolmie Hospital (77 residents) facilities, two buildings no longer suitable for residential care. The project is a state-of-the-art residential and dementia care facility that will last for generations.

The Capital Region Hospital District (CRHD) designed and built the Summit on behalf of Island Health. The land building are owned by the CRHD and Island Health and started providing residential care services in early 2019.
