The Pearl Residences

Residential

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Farmer family has come together to develop this prime location next to the new Johnson Street bridge. It will turn a ground level parking lot into a decadent condo building facing the water.

The Pearl Residences, proposed for the 1600-block of Store Street in downtown Victoria’s Chinatown district, is envisioned as an eight-storey, 133-unit mixed-use condominium residence with ground floor commercial space.
