MCCALLUM LANDS

Located at 1100-1130 McCallum Road, Langford, BC this development includes four 6-storey hybrid concrete and wood frame buildings consisting of 597 residential units (~500,000 square feet) of residential space.  Each building is 6 storeys on top of a shared ~225,000 square feet of cast in place concrete underground parkade.  The development will also include approximately 1,500 m2 of commercial space.On-site construction will include site upgrades and servicing to accommodate new buildings, the building construction to accommodate underground parking, amenity space and residential space consisting of total 71,821 square meters (773,069 square feet) of total constructed area.  Off-site works includes sidewalks, curbs & gutter, landscaping, and those improvements as required by the City of Langford.

Construction on this project started on February 6, 2023 and the anticipated duration of this project is 42 months.
