HOTEL ZED

Hotel Zed is owned and operated by the President and CEO of Accent Inns, Mandy Farmer. Mandy is the granddaughter of George Farmer, founder of Farmer Construction Ltd. The hotel chain has been very successful, and has decided to expand their brand into Tofino.
The 3-storey colourful building will be replacing the former Jamie’s Rainforest Inn. The 1970’s style pet-friendly hotel design has many creative and eco-friendly additions to mix well in the environment. These initiative include reducing light pollution, free use of pedal bikes, adding endemic greenery in parking lot, bear-resistant waste containment, a variety of bird conservation initiatives, a fun and entertaining common area for locals and guests, as well as a free community gathering place for locals. The project is set to open this summer for guests.
