Farmer Construction Teams spruced up their wardrobes yesterday in honour of Pink Shirt Day which aims to raise awareness to reduce bullying and harassment. Farmer Construction has zero-tolerance of this behaviour in the workplace and we practice and encourage our Team to “Be Kind to You, Be Kind to All”, each and every day.
