Hammer Time
Umbrella Society, in partnership with VICA, is pleased to share our newest group, Hammer Time. Beginning June 10th, this group is available to provide support for people in construction who are struggling with substance use issues, and may need access to recovery and/or harm reduction services.
Taking place on Thursdays from 7 – 8pm, these weekly meetings will be a mixture of education, conversation and practical coping strategies. Umbrella is excited to offer this new group facilitated by skilled Umbrella staff with lived experience and who worked in the trades industry. For more information visit their website.
