McCallum Lands
Farmer Construction is very excited to be working with Starlight Investments on one of the largest residential projects constructed on Vancouver Island! Located at 1100-1130 McCallum Road, Langford, BC this development includes four 6-storey hybrid concrete and wood frame buildings consisting of 597 residential units (~500,000 square feet) of residential space. Onsite construction of McCallum Lands commenced on February 6th. The anticipated duration of this project is 42 months.

The current building has been in operation well past its effective life, has only one elevator servicing all tenants, and is not barrier-free to those in need of universally accessible lobbies, corridors, and units. The building will be built to a minimum of Step 3 to the new BC Energy Step Code.

The project consists of a mixed use, commercial/residential building that will be approximately 200,000 square feet in area holding an underground parking garage, a central courtyard, offsite works, and landscaping.
