We affirm, with respect, that Farmer Construction Ltd. is on the unceded lands of the W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations (these are the lands of the WJOŁELP (Tsartlip), SȾÁUTW̱ (Tsawout), W̱S͸ḴEM (Tseycum), BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin), and MÁLEXEȽ (Malahat) First Nations) and the Lək̓ʷəŋən People (known today as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations). 

Our approach to Indigenous affairs recognizes and respects the history, uniqueness, and diversity of Indigenous peoples. Farmers engagement with Indigenous communities is guided by the following key principles:
